I'm writing this to the Copenhagen list as it appears Jonas is
incommunicado.
Some weeks ago Jonas sent the venue committee a mail stating that
Copenhagen.pm were planning to submit a proposal for the YAPC::Europe
2008 conference. The deadline for proposals was yesterday, but we
haven't heard anything more.
I have previously emailed Jonas at the beginning of June and last week,
but have received no reply. Can someone from the list please get in
touch as soon as possible to let me or the venue committee know whether
your proposal has been sent.
If your proposal has been unfortunately delayed, please let us know as
we will accept an extension, as you've previously informed us that you
intended to submit a proposal. Although if we don't receive any further
commincation we will have to assume you have withdrawn your decision to
submit a bid, which I personally hope won't be the case.
