Job title: Perl / Linux Developer
Location: Denmark, Copenhagen
Pay rate: €64 per hour
Travel: 0%
Terms of employment: Independent contractor (hourly)
Length of employment: Until 31.12.2006 initially

Onsite: yes
Description:
We require an Perl engineer either local to Copenhagen or at least, able
to
relocate there for a minimum of 12 months. The successful candidate will
be
involved in the development and maintenance of a replication tool. This
tool helps our client facilitate its distribution of SW releases around
the
globe, and this is achieved through a network of servers acting as file
repositories.
The stakeholders in this project are located around the world, and this is
refelcted in an ever-changing organisational environment - so you must be
flexible. This position will suit an engineer who works well under
pressure
and can think of new solutions and shortcuts, someone who has worked on
Extreme Programming or Rapid Application Development projects previously.
