LWP::Simple may not be correctly installed, so I suggest that you 
re-install it.

To get rid of the uninitialized warnings, you can replace those lines with

     sub links
     {
	(undef, %links) = @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
 ($links{href} &&
		$links{href} =~ "$Domain") {
