It looks like you are missing the GD header files. Did you do just a GD
RPM
install? If so you will most likely have to look on the GD site for the
RPM
that includes the header files instead of the binary only file.

Have a look at: http://www.libgd.org/Downloads
for the missing files and
the
latest GD files.
