Absolute nonsense. He demonstrates that his hypothetical Windows user =20=

('Pete') finds it hard to use a Mac because it's not what he's =20
familiar with. He then goes on to point out that the whole question =20
of usability is dominated by people's expectations based on their =20
prior experience.
