FPC ambiguous

by Richard Engebretson <eng@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 20, 2007 at 08:33 AM

I've been digging through z80 microcontroller stuff, discovered that
TI calculators are very advanced programmable devices. Then I spotted
the "Fargo Pascal Compiler."

Fargo, No. Dakota is nearby so I assumed it was developed there.
Looking closer, probably not. Europeans would never understand Fargo,
No. Dak.

Anyway, using FPC to mean FreePascal Compiler might be confused with
FPC to mean FargoPascal Compiler. Funny how much good stuff is out
there. Hard to sort out. Now that young people are starting to become
more serious I'm starting to envy them.
