I am trying to write an application for installing Internet Explorer
on Windows based computers that have Windows 98 through Windows Vista.
I have created the application but I am missing the key part of
detecting if the computer that is running the has at least Windows XP
SP2 or not so that we know to install IE 7 versus IE 6.
