cul.de has a book about FPC 1.0.x, but I don't know if they still sell it.
But it was more a reference than a tutorial; it contains the regular docs
of
an older version(from 2000) translated and edited.  However I still use it
from time to time.

Another thing to look out for are "Mastering Delphi" books from Marco
Cantu,
specially "middle" versions (for Delphi 4-7). These are afaik also
translated. And Delphi language manuals from the same versions.
