The complete collection of scanned Pascal User's Group newsletters
have been placed online on the standard Pascal web site:
www.moorecad.com/standardpascal
The PUG newsletters were produced between 1974 and 1983. Those years
date from the second revision of original Pascal to the ISO and ANSI
standards for the language.
The newsletters include interesting commentary and history of Pascal,
as well as many large programs written in the original standard Pascal.
Previously these newsletters were discussed, but not obtainable. Until
now. These newsletters were scanned into .PDF format, with "editable
text", meaning they can have the OCRed text copied from them to
other do***ents (for example, to extract a program from the text).
Many of these programs showed up later, modified for UCSD Pascal, in
the USUS (UCSD Users Society) newsletters.
This is part of an ongoing effort by me to collect im****tant articles,
history and programs applying to Wirth's original Pascal language.
