How is GNU Pascal 1.0 Working So Far?

Hi,

I'm currently using CW 8 with the old Pascal plug-in from Metrowerks. 
The IDE crashes a lot.  MW told me that the problem was the old Pascal
compiler.  The IDE is not to blame.  Also, the source-level debugger
leaves much to desire.

I'd like to hear from somebody that is using the new GNU Pascal
compiler, version 1.0.  How is it working?
