For some reason M$ includes the 16 bit WinHelp.exe file with vista but not
the
WinHlp32.exe .  This file must be downloaded to the computer.  Is it
possible to include
WinHlp32.exe  in install****eld for Delphi so that the *.hlp files will be
read.
