could ask some questions there too. I never knew it that well besides the
basic level but I vaguely remember them having some deal with Borland so
they could package compiled TV units.
Assuming TP7 has TV, there should be an editors unit. Then there should be
a TV directory somewhere in the examples, that might demonstrate it.

see if you have got such a directory somewhere:
