No. DOS 16 bit applications and Vista means: NO! (they won't even run on
64 bit Vista)
What you can do is:
- run a VM (VirtualPC, VMWare, ...) with an older OS
- run an emulator (DOSBox)

I see no point in (ab)using BP7 as a compiler for Vista!
