BP with 1280x800 res full-screen

Hi there BP-addicts

I am happy still to use BP7 just as it is and under WinXP I could
access whole graphics screen 1024x768 and so on with various tools and
add-ons.

Is there any way to do this under Vista ay 1280x800?

And if NOT (sob) where can I go to now so that I write DOS-type code
and do graphics on the shole screen
