No, I'm sorry. I did a quick web search and just found out that the law
says Good Friday and Easter Monday are "gesetzliche Feiertage" (for
example Hamburg's law about public holidays:

look similar). The problem is the law does not say WHEN these days are.
As these days are ecclesiastical (?) holidays, I *think* the law does
not define the exact day on purpose but accepts what the church says.
