I understood that. The problem is reading the serial ****t: what pins
are used by the mouse: Rxd, CTS, DTS ??? I don't know. Reading those
pins is no problem, just reading some registers. But where does the
data that you read stand for? That translation does the driver for
you. Just find out how your driver translates the signals of the mouse
into coordinates and then you can do the same trick. I once did that
with an, unfortunately, mouse incompatible drawing pad. You can have
