1. How often do you call functions that have got 'extern "C" linkage'
and are const-correct?
   Do you reuse anything from libraries that were not written in
(Object) Pascal language?

2. This topic is an fundamental aspect in the design of programming
interfaces.
   How strong do you look for it in your API development?
