Definitely wrong! Standard Pascal was defined long before the ISO 
standard. You may wish to ignore the earlier standard, but that doesn't 
mean it didn't exist, and is doesn't mean that other people who read 
these messages concur with your censored version of the past.

If we substitute the term 'ISO standard' whereever you wrote 'standard', 
*then* your statement is correct. That is the distinction within (and 
the reason for me to make) one of my points in the first message in this 
thread.
