The J&W "users manual and re****t", generally considered the authority on
the language, was changed to be identical to ISO 7185 in the third
edition.
That bears Wirth's name as author.

K. Jensen coauthored J&W "users manual and re****t" from at least the
second edition on. I don't know about the first edition. What is available
online (the revised re****t of 1972) preceeds that.
