Corrections to The ANSI-ISO Pascal FAQ

I'd like to make some suggestions for corrections to the ANSI-ISO FAQ.
These suggestions may benefit from discussion by those who know more 
than me.

1/ The term 'Standard Pascal' is not synonymous with 'ISO Standard
Pascal'.
Professor Wirth introduced the term Standard Pascal in relation to a 
definition of the language that predates the ISO standard.
Therefore the FAQ should clearly differentiate the two wherever it is 
relevant.
For example in the Standard Pascal described by Professor Wirth in 1972, 
the procedure 'Writeln' does not exist. A 1972 program could not assume 
to use that procedure and be compliant with the 1972 Standard.
I would also recommend that where relevant, the precise standard should 
be identified eg 'ISO 7185:1983 Standard Pascal' or 'ISO 7185:1990 
Standard Pascal'.

2/ Kathleen Jensen was not an author of 'The Report'. She was co-author 
of the manual/tutorial that accompanied the Report in the 1974 
publication commonly known as J&W (and later revised).

In addition, but not relevant to the FAQ,

3/ Does any publication exist that could accurately be described as 'J&W 
1972'?

If I am inaccurate in these observations, please correct me!
