Neither Delphi nor FPC are Pascal (always capitalized) compilers,
especially here in c.l.p.ansi-iso.  While they serve a useful
purpose, they do not comply with the Pascal standards, neither ISO
7185 nor ISO 10206.

There is a reason Delphi is not named Pascal.  It cannot handle
valid Pascal source.
