ANSI X3.124.2-1988: Graphical Kernel System (GKS) Pascal Binding

Ok I found the download of GKS. The question is it library works fine
with Turbo Pascal 7 (PC) I heared before that library works with
mainframe only. Is it works with PC Pascal Compilers?
