Connecting MSM to Oracle

by tfol@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Mar 20, 2008 at 07:11 AM

Hi,

I am working on a project to extract and load an old MSM database with
KB-SQL to an Oracle database. I am new to KB-SQL. This is the message
I get when I start "MSM for Windows NT, Version 4.4.0 is being
initialized".
I am not sure what version of KB-SQL is running.
I have installed a KB-SQL ODBC driver on my windows xp. I have been
trying to connect connect as dba with the default password shark, but
the login box just comes back with just dba in place. After 4 times,
it tells me it exceeded the license and starts again!

Did anyone see this before? What do you think is the problem? Is there
an easier way to get the data moved?

I appreciate any help.
