Tech Associates is recruiting for a Senior Mumps Lead Developer for a
U.S. New York City area client with terrific sales and net income
growth presenting terrific personal technical and opportunity
potential!!!!
Responsibilities:
You'll lead a team of four to six Developers supporting users.
Interact with internal system users, and external technical personnel
to understand user requirements, and propose and implement solutions.
Document daily programming enhancements and other technical documents
for system users.
You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in related discipline with 5+ years hands on
experience in M, Mumps software development
Strong Team leadership skills.
Programming experience in server-side JavaScript, HTML, web-based
technology, and
strong problem solving skills.
Need ability to modify existing code and develop new programs.
Ability to comprehend, iterate and document a complex legacy
application, document daily programming enhancements, and other
technical documents for system users.
Service performance relative to service requests and customer
satisfaction.
Interact with internal system users, and external technical
personnel.
Ability to understand user requirements, and propose and implement
solutions.
Ability to learn new technologies and understand network concepts.
Prepare status reports, technical write-ups, flow diagrams, etc.
Strong desire for long term career enhancement and learning of new
technologies like C#, ASP.NET, and SQL server.
Continued training and study in Technology and Business Leadership.
Salary from $90,000 to $120,000 with very strong bonus potential,
matching 401K, great benefits as well as four weeks paid time
off!!!!!! Company is in international markets with over 500 employees.
