I think I answered this in another forum, but in a nutshell, by adding
Tea* to DEFAULT, you are not really changing anything because all
global variables are already mapped to DEFAULT. Create a new segment,
map a region to that segment and map a name (or a pattern matching a
range of names, as do***ented in the Administration and Operations
Guide) to that region, and you will see the difference.
