external GT.M exec
is there a syntax to exec GT.M from external code
 (like CGI or PHP) something like:
$gtm_dist/mumps -r myPgm(inputStrint,.outputString)

means :
the ability to exec GT.M with inputString,
and getting back output string ?
so the external routine will 'see' the outputstring or array of
strings ?
