A new version of Serenji is now available. Licensed users of Serenji 2
can upgrade to the new version free of charge.
The 2.3 client-side components can connect to the 2.0, 2.1 or 2.2
server-side routines. The 2.3 server-side routines can host connections
from 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0 clients, though a messagebox reporting a version
mismatch will appear on a 2.0 client. To gain the full benefit of
version 2.3, update both the client-side and the server-side components.
Cache' server-side routines are no longer compatible with Cache' version
3.x systems or earlier.
GT.M server-side routines are no longer compatible with GT.M versions
earlier than 4.3-000.
The Serenji client is no longer supported on the following Windows
platforms: 95, 98, ME, NT4.
M21 is now a supported server platform.
On GT.M, Serenji now continues to function as an editor after the
initial 30-day evaluation period has elapsed. Debugging on GT.M and use
on all other supported servers requires the purchase of a license after
the initial 30-day period.
