Coco/r is a scanner/parser/compiler generator originally written for
Modula-2 and later ****ted to several other languages:
http://www.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at/Coco/
It should be easily ****ted to Modula-3 (mainly adapt the FILEIO module
for the target compiler).
