Hello to all,
at our webpage http://www.elegosoft.com/cm3/
we provide a new cm3 release
to solve the segmentation fault on Fedora 3 (and some other Linux
distributions like Gentoo Linux).
Please note: the version of cm3 is still d5.2.7. The latest version number
fixing the Linux problems is d5.2.7-2005-03-31. A major release is
planned and we are working on it!
A short summary what has been done:
- I applied the patch provided by Dragisa Duric on RTHeapDepC.c
- the latest commits from Anthony Hosking are also included in this
release
I have tested this release on the following Linux plattforms:
- Debian stable, Linux Kernel 2.4.29
- Debian testing, Linux Kernel 2.4.29
- Debian testing, Linux Kernel 2.6.11.4
- Fedora 3, Linux Kernel 2.6.10-1.770_FC3
Please report me any success or failure on other Linux distributions!
