You're not giving some im****tant information, and I am not
very well acquainted with the PM3 distribution, but I know
definitely that CM3's quake interpreter had problems handling file
names with spaces in them, so I'd try to install it into
another directory, or use the Cygwin mount to create a path
to the packages without spaces.
