I don't know KDevelop; but if it is only a parser you need, it shouldn't
be that difficult; there have been several formal language syntax
definitions (i.e. a LR(1) grammar for M3) floating around in recent
years. I think a search of the archives should turn up some references.
So I guess the problem will be the phrase `KDevelop-compliant'...
