gpm on linux?

by "Georg Lokowandt" <georg.lokowandt@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 12, 2006 at 03:28 PM

Hi all,

I am trying to run gpm (gardens point modula) on my new box with
Novel/Suse
Linux 10.1 (kernel 2.6.16.13, gcc 4.1.0, glibc 2.4) but always get an
error
from gpmd: relocation error: symbol "errno" not found...

The version of gpm that I use is named "Linux (Redhat 7)", this seemed to
be
the newest version for Linux. It was downloaded from
http://plas.fit.qut.edu.au/gpm/

Does anybody out there run gpm on a recent version of Linux? Which
version
of gpm and what did you do to install it?

Many thanks, Georg
