CLIS 0.5 available

CLIS (C Like Interpreted Script) version 0.5 is available. Its a
scripting language with a syntax very much like C (more so than Perl
or Awk and certainly much more so than csh) thats intended for medium
size tasks suited to interpreted scripts.
