I don't see any caching problems with the request here at this moment.
Script uses Perl's LWP::UserAgent [*], configured with no buffers or
proxies in between.

I remember Randy experienced this same cache issue from his PC and
re****ted a few times about it in this group. Chances are perhaps most
likely that it would be something on the jibbering.com machine ? In
the first place I'm thinking about HTTP-headers like 'Expires',
'Cache' or internal caching/routing mechanisms.
