but not sinful. Perhaps you multi-posted, which is sinful, and therefore
your
apology would not be accepted if so.
In particular, if you are trying to build good will amongst your potential
customer population, you will not succeed if you multi-post. It's bad for
business - against your self-interest, as it raises a wave of hostility
against you and your message, your business - anything connected with your
multi-post would be tainted, if that's what you did.
