Right, it's designed for anonymous inner classes as callbacks but I 
should obviously cover scenarios where other interfaces apply as well.

The truth is I never remember the complete exception hierachy so when 
mocking up I'm not too interested in the particular exception type. But 
you're right, IllegalArgumentException is more applicable.
