SequencePushConsumer and NotificationIRPOperations.attach_push

Hi,
i need to make an funcional example of
NotificationIRPOperations.attach_push (3GPP), but dont  know how to.
I don't know how to use the SequencePushConsumer with it.
Can anyone help me?
