For some time now my server has been getting a weird error when it
tries to bind in the NS. The error is intermittent. It hardly ever
happens for me but it seems to happen alot more for other users. It
seems to be blowing up deep inside OrbixWeb code:

If we re-run it enough times we eventually register with the NS ok.
Does anyone have any idea what could be going on please?
