error: cannot read: /UTIL/Table.java

I don't know why this is happening, but in my java/bin directory, where i
have my db folder and UTIL folder, my .java files with compile fine in the
db
folder, but in the UTIL folder I get this error message:

error: cannot read: /UTIL/Table.java


I don't understand why this would happen. Can someone help?
