Not sure that'll do all that much, but certainly possible.

Apart from a very old joke about a mainframe mouse which one needs to
ride like a tractor, I don't see this happening.

Maybe the Japanese have the right idea; morning calisthenics in the
parking lot used to be their thing. (I have no idea whether workers in
Japan still practice that custom.)
