Syntax highlighting for IDL?

by "primeseeds@[EMAIL PROTECTED] " <primeseeds@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 10, 2007 at 04:21 PM

Hi folks,

Have you already tried to develop on UNIX using the native IDE?
I did and it's awfull!!: none colors and you can't even scroll up and
down using your wheel.
It's a kind of middle-age editing system even if it's nice for
debugging...anyway...
I guess you got to the same point: "I need a nice editor"
Nedit works fine... and you can find an syntax highlighting source
file for IDL.
But Nedit has some limitation. In particular I looking for an editor
that have sftp connexion capability.

Would you know such kind of editor for which it would exist a syntax
highlighting source file for IDL?

Thanks,
Nicolas

PS: I'm running windows XP
