Hi! Does anyone have experience with installing IDL on a Mac? I am
trying to get IDL 6.3 running on an Intel Mac and it is having trouble
starting the license server. The error it gives says that it can't
open the ****t (1700). I tried changing the ****t and got the same
error. That makes it sound like a firewall issue (or something
similar), but the firewall is not running. Anyone have any
suggestion?
