Folks,
As part of my on-going (and mostly unsuccessful) attempt to
get a life outside of IDL, I've decided to play less tennis
this summer and spend more time backpacking. To that end,
I've joined a local organization that supplies volunteer
wilderness rangers for the Forest Service.
Tonight was the kick-off meeting and a bunch of us newbies
got together to start our training. Naturally, we broke up
into small groups that were given wildlife names. I was
assigned--so help me, God--to the "Coyotes".
Sometimes it's just obvious to you that you are on the
right path. :-)
