Just a few words to those who recently inquired about my IDL FFTW3 DLM,
which used to be available via the ITTVIS codebank. I have recently been
informed by a known member of the IDL community who shall not be named
that
I am supposedly violating the GNU Public License by not making available
the
source code to the DLM. I am no expert in the law nor do intend to be one
so
I am not sure whether this is true or not. However, since I neither have
time and interest to work out the legal issues of this matter nor do I
have
currently the time to bring the source in shape for publication, I decided
to pull the DLM of the market. Making the DLM available was a public
service
without any monetary gain whatsoever. I never meant to tick of the
community
with this service and it will not happen again.
