what's going on?

My IDL Version 6.0 (linux x86 m32) has some problem as follow.

IDL> print,5323.87-5322
      1.87012

IDL> print,5323.87- 1.87012
      5322.00

IDL> print,double(3112.87)
       3112.8701

Who can tell me what's going on?
