As it is, the program is made so that expressions that have been
successfully evaluated once are still accessible to the program, even
when expressions entered after them fail.  It now prints out all of
these available expressions after each failure or run-time error.
>From looking at the qei program in the Icon program library, it seems
that the system() function in Windows can return an error value in
case of error.  In Wine it doesn't work this way, so I'm assuming that
an actual Windows machine does.  Otherwise, the program might produce
strange results after failures, in Windows.
