Re: ile -- Icon list evaluator

I've uploaded a newer version, with the following slight improvements,
affecting the user interface:

1)  If the expression(s) entered writes to the screen, what is written
is separated from the result(s) of the expression(s) by a blank line.

2) If no previous successful expressions exist and no new expression
is entered, nothing happens and the user is prompted again.

3) ile_main, ile_ile, and ile_var are included in the help as reserved
identifiers used internally.
