Re: iee - Icon expression evaluator

I've decided to revert to the previous mode.  What is different now is
that the program evaluates all previous expressions in addition to the
newly entered ones, and there is a new reserved identifier, 'clear'
which clears them from memory.  This is indispensable for those cases
in which you decide to use 'return' or 'suspend' because the program
would otherwise just end evaluation at the point they were evaluated.
