I recently posted some videos from a Functional Programming
seminar at Ericsson:

I noticed that Simon Peyton-Jones' presentation about "Taming Effects"
has been linked on the HaskellWiki. I have also seen Satnam Singh's
video linked somewhere.
(I don't want to mess with the HaskellWiki. I leave that up to the
Haskell community.)
I also want to recommend John Launchbury's talk about High Assurance
software. It's very similar to is invited talk at ICFP 2004 (of which
only audio is available, I think).

It also contains a section on experiences from using Haskell in a
commercial setting, which you may find interesting.

PS I've logged some 6,200 hits on the main seminar article. Nearly
2,000 hits on the "Taming effects" article alone, all in ca 4.5
days. Top referrer is http://barrapunto.com,
followed by reddit.com.
The theme of the seminar was that interest in FP is on the rise,
and I take these figures as one data point in favour of that opinion.
