If your sup****t agreement has expired, you won't get emails.  Updates 
are now available at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/
- you can log 
in there and see what is available to you, or get information on 
renewing your sup****t agreement.  10.1.024 is the current Windows 
version (Linux and Mac versions have slightly different update numbers.)
